Alexa and Google are built into the unit so they’re super easy to set up and work great with both Alexa and Google

We're not sure what you mean by "Sonos 2", but Sonos One has voice microphones built in, so you can sign into Alexa (or Google) to do the things you're asking about specifically and most of what Alexa can do in general. If you purchase one of our product without mics built in (ie Sonos Five) you can tie in your Alexa device like an Echo Dot to it and use that to control your Five with your voice.
