• Yes, I had trouble with that too. The best way to do this is via the iPad or Apple app. It has more controls than the PC or Android app. The Sonos app has a dialogue boost that's just an icon, and also if you play with the distance and EQ of the speakers you can fine tune it to your liking. It took some tweaking to get the audio just right.

• The Sonos One is not designed for Television use as a main speaker. For that I would check out the Sonos Beam.
