“Wanting to use Sonos speakers to play music at my retail boutique. 1750 square feet, nearly square space with high ceilings. I was thinking about 3 (three) Play:3 speakers. Any advice on this? Or should I go for 2 Play:5s? Thanks!”

You can't go wrong either way. I would even recommend 4 play1 and stereo pair 2 on each side of the room....you won't be disappointed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would go with whatever the room size recommendation is for the speaker. If you want more of a surround sound effect, then definitely two of each and maybe a sub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I feel 2 play 5s would be overkill. You would do great with one 5 for sure, but i think even a 3 puts out decent sound. If price isn't a concern, I would go with one play 5.
