Yes it comes in the original box like new
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the refurbished playbar came in an original box and with all of the same things (and condition) you would expect buying it brand new. Better than an open box and much better condition than buying one used. I had previously purchased a new one and I could not tell the difference between new and refurbished.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was indistinguishable from a new produce. Came in original box with all odds and ends (including optical cable). I suspect these are just returned by customers who can't get them setup (setup can take a few tries) and Sonos just checks that everything is in good working order then sells them as refurbished.
