The outside most holes measure 17.5" for furthest hole, outside edges.
I have mine mounted to the TV mount. I put this together myself. This way I can hear it properly no matter the angle.

You can search "sonos beam tv mount" and the are options from Sanus and Flexson that will mount to directly to the tv, hence move with the TV.
