Best Buy policies on utilizing their OWN gift cards to purchase Playstation/Xbox subscriptions is an absolute joke. Why exactly is it that I can't buy PS store credit or subscription with a prepaid gift card that Best Buy ALREADY HAS THE MONEY FOR?! Ridiculous policy, change it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Funny you should ask that. I tried buying a $10 PlayStation card with Best Buy rewards and they said no. Apparently Playstation cards are considered gift cards and you cannot buy gift cards with gift cards. So no.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no you can not buy a gift card with another gift card sorry. i tried it myself already with no luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you can't buy a gift card using a gift card, best buy considers this a gift card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy has a ridiculous gift card/store credit policy that should teach us all NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. No matter what paid for the gift card or funded the item that was returned for the store, it was real money at the source. It’s not like there isn’t a receipt for that purchase. Yet Best Buy somehow thinks that we made up the gift card or store credit in our evil genius laboratory and won’t accept it. Imagine I tool $100 dollars to Best Buy and bought a $100 Xbox gift card. I later decide I needed two $50 Xbox gifts cards. I take my unused item along with my receipt to Best Buy. Should be easy enough. But you can’t do it. These guys are just not helpful, courteous, or customer friendly. It’s a policy made in a corporate board room and is completely motivated by greed. Get over yourself Best Buy. You will lose all your customers one day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can not but a gift card with the another gift card. Regards Samuel.
