• This particular card... usually not. PSN codes are usually country specific. For example, you can buy a disc version of a game from ANY country but the DLC codes that come in the package are useless outside of the country. If you want to buy a PSN gift card for a person in another country, find a way to buy one IN a storefront from that country. But you should be able to find a card available for most regions/countries if you scour the Internet.
