“i got my WH-1000XM2 yesterday and i charged it for about 5 hours now and i won't turn on. i tried everything and even tried resetting it but nothing lights up. when i charge it, it does show an orange light but i still doesnt work. any help would be nice”

Sounds defective, better return these and get a replacement. I had no problem charging mine and they even had a little bit of charge for me to listen to a few songs right out of the box.
