“Have unit working with sat. and bluray but can not get sound thru tuner on external antenna or netflix. I am useing the HDMI cable hooked up thru ARC port. What am I doing wrong???”

How is your Netflix getting to the receiver? You'll have to tell us more since there are a million ways to watch Netflix. Is it an app on your SmartTV? A Chromecast? Cast from a Browser? Something else? And the Tuner is pretty horrible on that thing. Are you tuned to a station strong enough? I can only get noise and just stream all my radio stations via the TV. And they were nice enough to make a port that won't accept an external powered antenna (the cheaper DH550 has a regular coax connector for FM).
