If you are referring to 120hz (frames per second is a result of your computer/video card/game combo), then you need to look for a receiver with HDMI 2.1 ports rated at 48Gb/s. Currently no receivers on the market have a chip capable of that. Those claiming 2.1 are at a reduced bandwidth which may or likely may not work with your gaming unit. In such a case, plug the computer video card or game console into the TV directly, and use the eARC HDMI to send the audio from the TV back to the amplifier.
