Will it work with a passive subwoofer? null

Hi there! Only an active subwoofer can be connected to the SUBWOOFER OUT of this receiver. -Carl

I'm not positive what type of passive subwoofer you have, providing that's what you have. I have an active subwoofer, which has it's own power supply. Passive subwoofers depend on power supplied by another source. Research your particular subwoofer
