• If you go to the sonystore website, you can congigure this laptop to have an SSD drive, but the cost almost doubles because SSD drives are rather expensive right now. You may find it more economical to select a higher end sony Vaio laptop that already is configured with an SSD drive.

• The Drive Bay is not accessible without disassembling the unit. HDD replacement is not user supported.
