Everyone saying adjust the A/V sync is correct but that won’t fix the issue 100%. As someone else said you can get it close but not perfect. There was also another comment about changing the digital audio out on your TV from auto to PCM....try that too but it’s still not 100% but it’s nearly there. Someone else mentioned something about it possibly being the HDMI cord. Could be that too...perhaps try buying a better quality and/or shorter cable and see if that improves it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into the settings. There is an audio delay setting option there that may help. (Home, then settings on the soundbar remote, while TV is on)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Dave, try adjusting the sync settings of the soundbar to adjust the delay between the audio and video. Press Options ([A/V Sync] depending on the input) on the remote and use the up and down arrow keys to make the adjustments. Thanks, -Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can try to adjust it by pressing the option button, then TV or HDMI (according to whichever you are experiencing lag) then press the up or down button press the center button to adjust. It can be difficult to get it perfect. I've tried myself and I just got it as close as I could
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the settings for the speaker there is an option to modify and allow a delay sync. This is likely from your HDMI cable. Might suggest replacing it as well. A super long HDMI cable can cause delays
