“I have some questions.. Does anyone else find that the remote for the HTX9000f is difficult to use? I had to take out the batteries and press the buttons a number of times to make them functional . Also mine is extremely directional and not very powerful”

Hi, Jamie! Make sure you use the remote control 3 - 10 feet away from the unit, and that you point it at the remote sensor on the device.
