Go on advanced settings - audio settings - sound effect and choose 'sound mode on' Once you have chosen this setting you'll be able to use vertical S and check if it's enabled or disabled. Just press the vertical S on the soundbar remote (while you still have soundbar settings menu open on the tv screen)
