“I can not seem to change vertical sound settings. There is no text showing on the TV screen so no way of knowing whether it is on or not. All the lights on the unit just flash.”

Hi Andys, we're sorry to hear that you have an issue with your SONY unit. The vertical surround setting does not appear on the TV screen while the TV input is selected. Please make sure to select other input when adjusting Vertical S. We recommend using HDMI as your input. You may find this link helpful in adjusting the Vertical S from your soundbar.
