“My woofer of the sony HT-CT290 doesn’t make any sound even when the light is green on the woofer we tried to search up stuff too but nothing came up So how do we make the sound come from the woofer ?”

Hi, Customer! Power reset the soundbar and the subwoofer by unplugging it from the power source for 60 seconds. After power reset, move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar. If the light indicator turns green meaning The subwoofer is connected to the Bar Speaker without Secure Link. Try to link the subwoofer again to the soundbar.
