QuestionI have a Sony HT-CT290/291 soundbar and subwoofer. Had it for about 3 years, close to. Worked fine. Didn't use it for about 2 weeks. Just tried turning it on today (10/11/20), but it wont turn on at all! The subwoofer is on (See red light). HELP!

QuestionSamsung soundbar took surge from lightning strike and since that no power at all. Plug and cord seem to be working but no lights or sound. Can this be repaired. There is no warranty on this but would like it repaired if possible.

- Answer yes when off its orange/red sorry I'm a little color blind. If its connected thru TV it will turn on with the TV and light turns green. Turn tv off goes orange again its like standby on your tv.

QuestionSo if this seems to be a common occurring problem....and you didn't purchase geek Squad...what is Sonys solution to this?!? Just chalk it to to buyers remorse...and buy a new one? Can find a Tech to repair this internal problem, please help?!?!

QuestionI have a Sony SA-WCT290. The soundbar works properly, but the subwoofer won't connect. When I plug in the subwoofer, all I get is a flashing red light. Neither the "power" nor the "link" button seems to have any effect. Ideas? Thanks.

- Answer Hi, Customer! Power reset the soundbar and the subwoofer by unplugging it from the power source for 60 seconds. After power reset, move the subwoofer closer to the soundbar. If the light indicator turns green meaning The subwoofer is connected to the Bar Speaker without Secure Link. Try to link the subwoofer again to the soundbar.
