Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some people had this problem with the prior 270 system and disabling the sound effects cured that for many. There is a youtube video on how to do it. I have no problem with loudness either with Bluetooth or optical. If that does not work for you HDMI cabke to TV and optical out to bar.

Please try again later.We would like to recommend to try the following suggestions to improve the audio quality of your sound bar: 1 - Try a different sound field by pressing it repeatedly, 2 - Press MENU and select LEVEL and change option for DRC to OFF. 3 - Make sure that your cable box doesn't have a volume limiter activated. 4 - Try a different source to make sure that the issue is limited only to the sound bar. ~Jeannette
