“Not able to maintain a good picture; no good info on custom setup Where can I get help before returning? Have always only had Sony, have four other I have searched all over the internet for guidance win getting a good base picture and also how to understand the changes I can expect when I try to make adjustments. I have a new Sony 43 TV XBR430C 4K/ My other choice was a Samsung, but I have always had confidence in Sony, so I went with this TV. My return date will be coming up soon. I like the style and size, I just need a valid reference point for settings of the picture quality. I know different programs will require some twerking. Does Sony or Best Buy give help I can't find? Last two TVs came from Best Buy.”

My response to this would be to just play with the settings to your liking. There are base settings on the TV but they never meet my standards on the picture. Anyone will tell you to just play with the settings. I have this same TV and have no issues with maintaining a good picture. It beats my friend's LG and Samsung tv by a long shot so i would stick with Sony. Not only for the picture quality but those two brands cannot surpass the TV's processor which makes a big deal when displaying a picture and the refresh rate of those images.
