“i can't get the TV to recognize an LG sound bar. I've connected it by HDMI 4/ARC but i get a message saying there is no signal. Any suggestions?”

• Make certain the cable is capable of both sound and picture. Also, some HDMI cables are directional and must be plugged-in in a specific direction. If that does not work, does your sound bar support an optical cable? If so, that will be better for sound to the sound bar.
