Any amplified antenna works. Some better than others. As a test, try a small amplified table top one to evaluate what is out there. TIP: Even better, I am still using my 1982 year outdoor antenna that I have mounted in my attic under the roof to an amplifier and I lock in everything that’s out there! 78 sources to be exact.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi DiegoR1886, Thank you for the question! The type of antenna recommended for a Sony TV depends on the following factors: Your location, type of channel you want to receive, your budget (Indoor antennas - best for areas with strong signal) or (Outdoor antennas - more powerful than indoor antenna and can receive signals from further away, best for areas with weak signal). If you are using an antenna, the type of reception that you'll receive will depend on the antenna type that you're using and how far a particular station is. You can visit the AntennaWeb website online to check which stations are available in your area and the recommended type of antenna to use.
