• A:Answer Yes you can! Using the remote, press the “Wrench” icon button. When the quick settings screen opens up it displays a “Gear” icon then select it. A horizontal band will then appear that will include your “No Picture” option. Click on it and the screen will go black but keeping the sound and touching any remote button brings the picture back on.

• A:Answer Anonymous is right; Craig from SonyListens' response is wrong here; this TV does not use M6 screws; they are too big; the 43" Sony Bravia KD-X77L TV requires a M5 machine screw - In my case, for the wall mount I used, I needed a M5-.80 x 35 - The length of the screw is critical and will vary depending on the mounting bracket used; too short and the threads of the screw will not catch enough of the internal threads on the TV; too long and you will not be able to tighten the screw enough and could even possibly damage the TV - Don't overtighten; the screw length needs to be just the right length so that the TV mounting bracket can be tightened snug to the back of the TV - I also recommend using a size M5 internal tooth lock washer between the flat washer and the head of the screw

As it turns out. you can only uninstall the apps that are downloaded from the TV's Google Playstore app. The built-in or pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled. As for the remote, on the the TV button on the TV remote can be remapped. The X77L delivers exciting content in 4K HDR. Q: QuestionI'd like to connect an older DVD player with composite out, to the TV. Would this product work for this purpose: Pearstone MAVC-103? It can be seen at B&H or at Pearstone websites. It also has right angle 3.5mm.
