We don't own either of these models but I compared them online. From what I can see, unless the length between attachment points is EXACTLY the same for both models, you likely can't use the mounts interchangeably. You'll need to go into detailed specifics for both models, all the specs, and IF the attachment points are EXACTLY the same, you MAY be able to use the E mount on the H model.
