Hi Tigerman1, Android TVs are basically running on an Android OS. Some of the feature from an Android device can also be experience using this type of TV. You can install/uninstall applications, stream online videos and browser the internet using an Android TV. Thanks! ^Ron

It has Google Play store like an android phone. So if you already have an android phone all your accounts transfer over and can be used. If not, will just need to create accounts for free.
