Is this TV able to access the Internet? null

If you have Wifi or connect your internet directly into the TV, you can access the Internet. I connect my TV through my WiFi. It works great! The TV also already has a bunch of popular apps so you don't have to add all of your favorites.

Yes. Its a smart TV so it will pull in your internet signal. Make sure you know your password. Since its streaming you will do yourself a favor if you upgrade your internet speed.
