Its been almost an hour with no card. null

Just contact customer services they will get it fixed if you haven't received it ;)

Contact 1-888-BestBuy that's what the online chat person said to do. They resolved my issue after 30 minutes. It's a major PITA.

thats weird...you should contact customer service. I got mine literally in 30 seconds of purchasing

Call the hotline...takes forever and frustrating but wors..pathetic service from BESTBUY
