You should be able to just enter code from the back. Make sure there are no spaces or extra characters. If still not working call Best Buy, they are usually really quick to correct any issues.

Please try again later.Scratch off the card go to the Playstation store scroll all the way down where it say redeem codes enter the code and it will say u now have 50 bucks on your Playstation account. If it doesn't work it mean that there no value and yes it was not activated is best for u to buy digital less hassle.
