• Besides you get the code online you will receive the card as proof of purchase. But i don't know if there is posible to have the code without Shipping.

• I have seen retailers offer the code as a download as well as a card but I usually just purchase the cards.

• You would need a Euro PSN card. US dollar would not work on your console.

• No, the code must be activated at checkout and scratched off to reveal the code (as with any other physical game card). Unless they start offering e-cards I think you are out of luck.
