• U.S. region psn codes can only be used with U.S. region psn accounts. This is the same across all regions. A work around for this is to create a U.S. psn account, make it the primary on your console,add funds to it, purchase and download the game, switch to your middle eastern account and use it to play your new game.

• Yes, Before coming to US my id was also non US and i have used these gift cards many times from BB online. Always worked (both gift cards n ps plus cards)
