• A:Answer This is an e-mount lens and since your A7 Sii is also an e-mount body the lens will fit and mount to the camera. The images from this lens will be recorded in the crop mode on your full-frame camera. You can choose to turn that auto-cropping off and your full frame image will exhibit vignetting that you can handle in post (if you shoot RAW.) An APS-C lens on a full frame camera will only give good coverage on the smaller size area of the full frame sensor. Image sizes for full frame are 36 x 24 mm vs 22.2 x 14.8 mm for APS-C.

• A:Answer You probably have already gotten an answer to this question but I will answer for the others that may have the same query. Since the A7 R is an-mount body the e-mount lens will fit and mount to the camera. Since the lens is APS-C the images on the full frame camera (like your A7 R) will be recorded in crop mode. You may be able to turn-off the auto crop on your camera and record the full frame image which will exhibit vignetting due to the smaller coverage size of the APS-C.
