How is the sound quality ? null

The Sony Bravia we bought has a couple decent speakers. We routed this TV through a receiver supporting surround sound speaker system including a subwoofer. At the very least, you should have a sound bar. If you're going to watch TV sitcoms and the news, the onboard speakers will do the job. But if you're going to watch a good movie, you'll probably want a really good sound system to go with the superb picture quality.

Sound clarity is good but sound is little low for this Sony 55inch 4K TV.

Thickness of tv with integral speakers is less than 2". Sound is minimally acceptable. Get a sound bar.

Disappointing. The tiny rear-facing speakers are pathetic, and audio control for external speakers is very limited.
