This is definitely not the premium experience we want you to have with your new BRAVIA 8 OLED TV. To help resolve this and prevent the need to unplug your television, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps: 1- Disable BRAVIA Sync Control: Sometimes communication between external boxes and the TV can cause a glitch. On your remote, press the (Quick Settings) button, then select Settings > Channels & Inputs > External inputs > BRAVIA Sync settings > turn OFF BRAVIA Sync control. 2- Turn Off Samba Interactive TV: On your remote, press the (Quick Settings) button, then select Settings > System > Samba Interactive TV > turn OFF Samba Interactive TV. 3- Check for System Updates: Ensuring your TV has the latest firmware can fix known stability bugs. Go to Settings > System > About > System software update. 4- Enable Simple IP Control: This can stabilize network and device communication. Go to Settings > Network and internet > Home network > IP control > Simple IP control > turn ON.
