We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem by isolating your sources and understanding your connections. In the meantime, please try the following steps below. Perform a Power Reset or Restart of the TV Make sure the Auto Picture Mode is Off. Home > Settings > TV > Picture & Display > Picture adjustments> Auto Picture Mode > Off Make sure the Picture Reset Mode is Off. Home > Settings > Retail mode settings > Picture Reset Mode > Off Make sure the DEMO mode is Off. Please also ensure the TV and your phone software are up to date. If the issue isn't resolved after following the troubleshooting steps above, perform a factory reset.
