Hi Freshmastere, try connecting your PS4/Pro to HDMI ports 2/3. Those ports on the TV are the ones that support 4k HDR and may help output the resolution you're seeking. Thanks, -Mark

Wrong hdmi port need to put it in hdmi 2 or 3 only to get full for 4k tv I had issues with my sony tv took it back and got a samsung

with the pro you have to plug it into cdmi port 2, I found that to be the 4k port for the hdmi! I also mess around with he port setting on the tv to enable the 4k to run on cdmi ports 2 and 3.
