Hello I had the exact same problem a week ago, it was not a cable or satellite issue, its 100% the TV, I called customer support and they were useless, the didnt want to troubleshoot they just wanted to schedule a service call, and charge us over $110 to come out, even though we bought the worthless service agreement(dont buy) its a waste of money. So we unplugged everything and waited a minute then plugged it back in, the first time it didnt do anything but the second time were powered it off it was fixed for now at least. I think its a manufacturer defect, but IDK I hope this was helpful sorry about going on about it, so I would say YES it is a common problem with this TV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Unfortunately it sounds like you are in need of a repair. You could try to hold the power button down on the TV itself until Android restarts. Also try performing a factory reset through the TV settings if that doesn't work. It's worth a try if you are still having issues. It's worth a shot
