Knock on wood, as they say. So far no we didn’t experience any problem. HopeBB takes care of the problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your HDMI cable it has to be high speed data HDMI. Then see what sources contribute to the problem eg. Dvr, set top box (cable box) etc. If it happens on all devices then it's an issue with your connection, settings or TV. Process of elimination, hope this helps.
