I always custom calibrate my picture settings. It would be a lot to explain and type here--there are multiple sources online suggesting different calibrations regarding what content you will be watching/using. I suggest going to rtings.com and CNET, they both have multiple custom calibrations for various video formats for gaming, sports, movies, etc.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV is relatively easy to walk through set up for the best picture, color, etc. There is a menu at the start that walks you through it all. There shouldn't be a need for anything further once you do that. Also, using high quality cables for any cable connection needs will definitely make a big difference in picture quality. For example, we have a PlayStation Pro and the Best Buy staff suggested a cinnamon cable. It is great!

The picture looks very good though. Researched calibrating online & have some good calibrating 101 articles in case want to adjust settings. Hope this helps.
