Not sure if the Disney app came installed, but I was able to install a bunch of channels 5 minutes after the TV was turned on for the first time. And I do have the Disney app on the TV now. Very easy and user friendly. Best money I ever spent was purchasing this model. I love it!!!

No but you can install it from the google play store to the tv using the remote control
