Some wonderful young men from geek squad set up my system. They were experts but I do have to use three different remotes if I want to change the input to make it different from the last thing I watched. My cable remote turns on cable and Sony TV but it will be on Netflix if that is what I last used. So I need Sony remote to change to cable input again. Polk sound bar remote has to be used separately for me to get tv sound. I think the GeekSquad turned off my Sony tv sound.

To sync the TV remote control with your cable, you can try to use an IR Blaster (not supplied). Please check the link below for more details.
