You need to program the DTV remote in the settings selection. You will need to punch in a code for that TV to get it to work properly. Directions are on the setup screen. The TV has a gear logi for Settings. You need to find the inputs and select the enhanced option to get 4k on that input. They are all off by default. I was told the processor in the TV has to work harder for each input that is in 4k mode. So just turn on the ones you need in 4k.
