Not a stand in the way most people think of the word. It's feet/legs, one on each side as pictured. So you will still need some sort of stand/table as it would be way too low if placed directly on the floor.

Yes, there are legs included with the TV.  I hung my TV on the wall.

Yes of course comes with a stand to set it on TV stand and you get the option to hang it on the wall
