Hi Deberinda, thanks for choosing and purchasing our product. We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with your Sony unit. Please restart or perform a factory reset by following this link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00159487?utm_source Regarding the removal of Google TV, it is not possible to remove the Google TV operating system from your Sony TV as it’s an integral part of the TV’s firmware and functionality. If you need to customize the experience, you can adjust the settings to minimize Google TV's presence or disable certain features, but the core system itself cannot be removed. During the initial setup, you have the option to skip the parts related to Google services. Here are the steps to follow: • Press the HOME button on the remote, selecting Settings, then Device Preferences, and finally Initial Setup. • When you reach the "Sign in to Google" screen, select "Skip" if you do not want to connect to a Google account. • On the Google Terms of Service screen, you can decline by selecting "Skip" if prompted. • On the Location screen, you can select "No" to disallow Google and third-party apps from accessing your location data. • For the "Help improve Android performance" screen, select "No" to avoid sending diagnostic information to Google.
