Does the sound project from the front of the tv? null

Sound comes from the back top of TV. Actually, the sound is very good, but I have a sound bar with surround sound. When we use the TV with the TV sound on, the sound is very good!

No matter how well it sounds, flat screens' Achille's Heel is the speakers. Sounds great...the system they use seems to come from the mouths of the actors but just save/and or buy a sound bar and it will be soooo much better.
