A:AnswerWhen I installed the head unit I used the factory brackets. I don’t know what basket they are talking about. I did buy the aftermarket install kit and just used a plastic finishing ring that goes around the screen. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerDon’t buy these from Best Buy.the geek geek squad is terrible.they trick me into buying this with free install.but actually they don’t install.i got too many runaround on install that I decided not to buy from these guys.
A:AnswerYou will most likely need an adapter kit for your year make and model. If it's too small there will be gap all around the unit so do a Google search for dash installation kit. 6.2 is pretty standard for double din units so that kits would be necessary
