Hi there, The premium remote control included with the BRAVIA 9 II features a sleek, minimalistic design and does not have physical, dedicated number buttons on its face. Instead, it features a "123" (Control Menu) button that instantly brings up an on-screen numeric keypad, allowing you to quickly type in and access channels directly. However, if you strongly prefer the feel of physical buttons, please know that you can absolutely purchase and pair a traditional Sony remote control with a physical number pad if desired.
