To the best of my knowledge you can and you can actually use the tv as your center channel speaker! They should pair wonderfully….
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you can connect your Bose sound bar to the TV. I have a Klipsch sound bar and connected it to the TV. If you have an optical cable connection from your soundbar, the TV comes with an adapter which makes it very easy to connect. The in-built speakers are good but connecting your sound bar and sub woofer will greatly improve the sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a sonos system with mine via optical. All speakers work fine but the sonos is not HDMI-ARC so I have to control volume separately.

Unfortunately, you can only use one audio system at a time so its either the soundbar connected to the TV or the built-in TV speakers. A good thing to mention is that the TV supports Acoustic Center Sync where you can pair with selected Sony soundbars and it synchronizes the TVs speakers with the soundbar, reinforcing the center speaker channel for clearer, fuller vocals.
