Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi ARCandOpticalaudio, Thank you for the question. No, it is not possible to hear sound from both HDMI ARC and Optical connections simultaneously on the Sony XR65X90K TV. When you connect an audio device to the HDMI input, the TV will automatically switch its audio output to the HDMI connection, and the Optical output will be disabled. Also, the TV is not specifically designed for hearing aids. However, the X90K supports the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) so you can connect Bluetooth devices such as headphones, soundbars, or speakers and enjoy TV sound through those devices. If your hearing aids supports A2DP Bluetooth profile, then it should be compatible. To output TV sound from both your Bluetooth headphones and speakers from an external audio system/soundbar, you may connect your Bluetooth headphones to the TV and then make sure your external audio system/soundbar is connected to the digital optical port of your TV using a digital optical cable (not supplied). With the BRAVIA XR X90K Full Array LED TV, everything you watch becomes more detailed and immersive with true-to-life 4K picture, powered by the Cognitive Processor XR™. With immersive picture and sound, and sleek flush bezel design, be prepared to level up your favorite movies, TV shows, and games. Hope this helps! - Kris
