The onboard storage consists of two parts, the internal storage that's used to store the operating system and system files, and the user-accessible storage used to store the apps and user data. If the storage capacity of your TV is insufficient, you can move downloaded apps to an optional USB storage device to free up space. For reference: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xr-65x90k/articles/00223285 If you require additional support, feel free to contact us by sending an email to [email protected] with the following: Name: Best Buy Username: Telephone Number: Model Number: Issue: With the BRAVIA XR X90K Full Array LED TV everything you watch becomes more detailed and immersive with true-to-life 4K picture, powered by the Cognitive Processor XR™.
