Hi Andee, We regret to hear that you are having an issue with your Sony BRAVIA TV. To isolate and hopefully resolve this issue, please unplug the TV power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet and wait for 2 minutes. Then plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet. We can also test the TV using several different sources such as different apps, external devices like smart tv stick or media player. For external devices, make sure they are connected securely to the TV. Updating the firmware of the TV will resolve any possible software-related issues and will improve the performance. To check if your software is up-to-date, select [System update] from [Settings] — [System] — [About]. Feel free to test the unit again and verify if these resolve the issue.
